Prijevod:
People who run away from their bad actions (avoidants) usually feel "false pride"; they believe it is permissible to trample on good people because they see them as naive and weak, while they see themselves as superior, progressive, and strong. The truth is different, however. Good people do not allow their hearts to darken just because someone treats them badly - that is true strength and something to be proud of. Avoidants are nothing more than ungrateful, superficial, immature cowards, who resort to cruel mechanisms (ghosting, silent treatments) to avoid responsibility for their bad actions and pump up their egos, while in fact they are avoiding looking at themselves in the mirror all the time. They harden their hearts, emotionally deprive themselves, and put on the robes of cruelty. They are completely blind to the truth because they live in their own bubble built of defense mechanisms.
